Everybody wants easy money right? Well, i will lay down how to in this post. This is a long term money making system, at the begining you should break even easily, as more clubs get money this system will start to bare fruit.

Firstly you need to set up a few squads, firstly you need a home for all your youngsters to be easily pickable for senior/unranked matches, call this squad Youth Farm ALL, next you want squads which will be home to these youngsters but in groups of 16-19, call these Youth Farm A, Youth Farm B, Youth Farm C, etc.

Next you need your youngsters, remember to guard against injuries its best to have 16-19 players per Youth Farm Squad. The first thing you will want to grab skillwise is your Scouting Skills, especially the Judging Potential one, players with more than 4 star potential are very saught after in later seasons, grab a few of the scout regions aswell to open up even more youth to be signed. Spend most of your first season slowly and patiently building your scouting skills and signing good talent.

Some tips when signing youngsters, firstly Potential and Reputation are very important, if a young Regen has high potential and reputation its more than likely hes a star in the making, grab him! Also watch out for players with good technical attributes for certain positions, defenders want 13+ for tackling and marking, central mids good passing, strikers want finishing, also wide players will need good crossing and passing, another attribute that is hot is pace and acceleration. All the other attributes can be easily trained.

Now to get your players matches create competitions with lots of matches, large leagues with 4 games against opponents is a good one. Make a competition for each of your Youth Farms, as for time frame for the comps go as short or as long as you want, but remember more games in a short amount of days will only help in developing your squads, and dont worry you dont have to actively take part in these matches to benifit and can leave the games to the AI! If your not to worried about rankings make these competitions senior as senior experince is more important than youth games. Remember tho a low world ranking will mean less daily income, so for the first few season it might be worth keeping them to mainly youth games, but by the end of season three cash shouldnt be a problem and youll be best off making all your squads play senior matches.

Remember to also have auto accepts setup on all players, £500k is a good starting point, and very good players have it set around the £1million mark, maybe higher for your uber youths.

During your second season you want to focus your tie on developing your coaching skills, dont bother with senior coaching, and grab high levels of the attribute skills for the main technical attributes like finishing, crossing, passing, tackling, marking, and also pace and accelteration.

By the time you get to season three focus on financial skills to maximise interest payment on your cashing that should have been coming in from the auto accepts, youll probably find that in season 3 more and more of your youngsters will be being snapped up as your coaching skills and all the matches theyve been playing will mean that they will be blossuming! Keep an eye on the market value of your players and adjust your auto accepts accordingly.

By season six you should have a very healthy bank balance to spend on building yourself a uber squad of players, so sell off all your youngsters in £1 starting auctions and get building that world class team that will be the envy of everyone else int he game!

On a side note id just like to add that i dont like this style of play outlined above, im hoping that this post will bring this exploit to the front of SIs minds and hopefuly they will close this exploit down with some fo the ideas that can be seen in other posts around the forums.
